When you open the dbf the first time: USE MyDbf.dbf SHARED
When you open the dbf the second time: USE MyDbf.dbf AGAIN
And don't name your tables "a", "b", etc or any other name of just one letter. This will cause you other problems because the letters are reserved names of the first work areas.
