Actually, I once tried to write Fox in Serbian (probably back in 2.6) and it worked, looked funny, and didn't serve any meaningful purpose:

#define odaberi   select
#define prozor    window
#define naslov     title
#define potegni   activate
#define iz        from

With a good .h file, you can write Fox in Chinese if you like. Just set cpcompile to whatever you need.
