Hi Pete try the following rightclick on ur project and choose properties, go to the compile tab, click on the Advance Compiler Settings.
now the Advance Compiler Settings form will appear, on the Generate debug info dropdown list select full. clic ok to all and try f5 again.

>Hi All, I've been struggling for the last couple of days to try and debug in VS2005, I set the build mode to debug, set a breakpoint and press F5, I then receive a message which states "The following module was built with optimizations enabled or without debug information" - which is totally untrue, I've scoured the web and tried everything I found such as deleting the obj and bin directories, enabling optimization and then changing it back etc..., it's driving me nuts any help much appreciated
