Hi Mike,

Check and make sure in form designer that the grid is named grid1 and that it is not on a pageframe or in a container by looking at the properties window with the form up.

>On a side note: I tried to put a ThisForm.Grid1.refresh in both the grid's Init and When methods. But VFP errors, reporting "Unknown member GRID1". At first I thought putting it in Init might be a problem, as the object (grid) is not yet created? So I moved the refresh code to the When method. But it still reports Unknown member GRID1. I'm sure there is something real simple I am overlooking...
