Hello Everybody!

Thanks to all. All the answer is helpful. But I am sorry for not being able to place my query accurately. My intention is to know the cause of failure of the code in a form. Through my code I can succesfully backup my tables. It is created a folder
and storing the data. Now I have made a litle change as Tracy suggsted and it is giving me the desired result. Here it is.

run lha a bkdbf  *.dbf
doevents force
copy file bkdbf.lzh to d:\backup

As Alex suggested, useing of a existing folder is not necessary in my earlier code. I have tested my old prg from
E:\ myworkingpath and copied the *.lzh to D:\ backup.
And I have tried to backup with shellExecute and made it.
