I've rebooted twice since then. Once it was me, playing a lot with some eventhandler() code which eventually got sufficiently unbalanced (probably a memory leak) while having a ftp in the background. The usual programming mess :).

The other case was the hardware guy (me again). Had an, well, almost fire, because (one of) the morons who inhabited this house before have had a bad contact on the power line that feeds the water heater, and they extended the line by adding three inches of copper wire. Since the line was alumin(i)um, the Al-Cu contact of course corroded over the years, and its heating started burning the insulation around it. At some point I had to shut down the power in the whole house to replace the cable, which is hardware. :)
