I already did and that doesn't work either. This is what I did:
SoapHexBinary hb = SoapHexBinary.Parse(ASCIIEncoding.ASCII.GetString(hexBinary));
I get a parse error message.
The issue seems to be that the hexBinary looks quite different in the property PayLoad from what is in the Payload element. However, when I write the dataset to an XML file using WriteXML method of the dataset. The content of Payload is correct. My goal, in doing all of this to get what is in the PayLoad into a string unchanged.
