Hi Milan,

If you're working with variable columns I suppose the table or cursor is also variable in columns. If so, you could create another cursor based on your table/cursor wich has just one column which is the concatenation of al the columns of your original table/cursor, of course, if you have numeric columns, you would have to convert it to strings and so on with the rest of data types. Do not forget to include spaces between fields. Then, modify you report so that it has just the field of your new cursor.

That way, if the columns of your original table/cursor vary you will not have to modify your report or use several "Report Forms" accordingly.

I worked this way since FPD 2.6 and it worked great!

If this helped you, please, e-mail me I will be happy for having helped you. I have to leave because it is almost 2.00 am in Peru.

>Do you want a Report Writer that works the same way as the Form Designer in Visual FoxPro? What if this Report Writer was fully object-oriented so that you could create reports in code just like adding objects to a form at run-time and setting their properties? Bull' Eye Reports offers these features and much, much, more!
