I have a client that has set up network printers so that there are three printers for the same physical printer with the first one going to tray 1, the second to tray 2, and the third to tray three (nice printer!). The problem is that the VFP app they are running does not seem to respect the tray setting and prints to tray one all the time (I think it's tray one, anyway it's not the right tray). I noted that if I run VFP and do a SET PRINTER TO GETPRINTER() command and then do a PRTINFO(7) command, VFP always returns 1 (upper bin) regardless of which of the three printers I select. I've cleared the printer environment (except for Orientation, which I usually leave) for the reports in question, but still they go to the wrong tray. What else can I do here?
