Place the do mymenu.mpr in the main program BEFORE the command do form ...
Place a break before the do form command (so you can pause before the form loads) - does the menu appear at that point before the form is launched?
Is your form modal?

I appreciate your continued interest in this.
I did as you suggested.
I put the do mymenu.mpr before the command to do form, and I did put a break before the do form. The menu did appear at that point. However, then it disappears as soon as the form is launched.
Yes the form is modal, though to be honest with you, at this point I don't even know what that means yet.
