The "Ulitmate" version, best I can explain it, would be like having XP Pro, XP Media Center, and XP Tablet editions all in one. (Which would be really cool).

As a side note, it's actually possible to combine all these versions of XP onto one machine now - you can even put Windows 2003 Servver, Media Center, and Tablet all on one machine/OS....of course no telling how many license violations you make by doing so...hahaha
