Rich do you have code in your main program that calls the form to run? Might you experiment with removing that code if it exists. Then, put the code as one of the menu command choices to run the form from inside the menu itself only.
I say this because with WinXPSP2 VFP9Sp1, I just did a quickie, and it worked ok. You might even try doing this as a test yourself, so you don't destroy your work in progress. Sorry I can't be more creative. The last test might be for me to email you a true skeleton of what I'm talking about, that works in this machine, and see what it does on your machine after you re-build the project. See if you can do an independent test first, what do you think?
