Granted, I would not argue otherwise. However, the issue is not whether or not military service is the right path for your child and who is capable (or legally able to) make that decision, but rather restricting the
presenting of the information and why it should not be available for the young adult in order to give them the opportunity to make a choice and review his/her options.
I guess the taking away of the ability for your son or daughter to make a choice or review the information (taking the choice away and making it for them and not giving them the opportunity to make the right choice for themselves) really surprises me - especially when Tamar has always done nothing but praise her sons and their intelligence and I truly believe they are remarkable young men. Perhaps I misunderstood and that is not what she meant...
