Thanks for the extra tip, Greg. As you mentioned, I do need to show a progress bar as the files are being zipped and the form wasn't showing. I just discovered that adding Thisform.Show to Thisform.Init would display the form. It seems to work, at least on this form. Putting the code in Activate works without requiring Show. Thanks again.
