When you ask for drive info, you're asking SaMBa, which may either be unable to service the request, or configured not to (for security reasons or otherwise).

The client says that no OS is installed. But, from what you said, it makes sense that a minimum OS would be installed otherwise Windows would have difficulties connecting to. I receive a RPC server is unavailable in such circumstance. I asked the client tonight to provide the details on that component. When I will receive it, maybe I will be able to find something on the Internet which would allow me to obtain that information.
