Ouch, I know I live in a different world, but this sound a bit old fashioned to me. You do allow your kids to drive (so they must be above 16 or 18?), but do not allow them to have sex? Here in holland I think there is not a parent to find who can withhold their kids that age from having sex.

They will have sex regardless whether you allow for it or not when they want it. The best advice given is to give them condoms.
