The corporation is registered in Canada. That is the big issue.

I already answered elsewhere, but I understood that what matters is the location of service provision. If service is provided offshore, no tax is charged locally. If Universal Thread is provided by an offshore company, surely you can export your valuable services to that overseas company with no local sales tax.
