I found the problem.
I use SQL 2000 server. My computer use Windows XP.
When I used the Query Analyzer in my computer. The Step buttons didn't work.

But when I used remote desktop connection to connect the SQL server and run Query Analyzer on SQL server computer itself. It worked fine.

Is it normal? or I have some things need change in my computer.
