Try replacing the foxuser files, and setting foxuser.dbf and foxuser.fpt files read-only attribute.

Now, however, I have this current problem. I guess I can make a tiny change and try to recomple the whole app or something - I really wish someone could tell me why this stupid C5 error magically appears every now and then. Every place I've worked and every VFP developer I've met has been hit by this damn thing. grrrrr
