Hi All,

I have a report where I need to print 4 or 5 lines of disclaimer info at the bottom of the last page. I can't use the summary band, because the disclaimer may print in the middle of the last page, and also because it prints before the page footer. Since I have column lines that go through the detail band into the page footer, these would print over my disclaimer.

I tried putting the disclaimer info at the bottom of the page footer band. I marked those fields to print when recno() = reccount() and to remove line if blank. Even though the FP help implies that the page footer band will remove blank lines, I get 4 or 5 blank lines at the bottom of every page except the last one. And I'm getting another, weirder problem. The first (top) thing in my page footer band is a line which forms the bottom of a box. This line does not have any "print when" info entered, and should print at the bottom of every page. But on all pages except the last one, this line prints AFTER the blank space where my disclaimer is hiding! Even though it is above that info in the page footer band.

I know I could put the disclaimer on it's own page and that would solve the problem, but my customers would not be happy with that. Does anyone have any ideas?
