There are things that only apply here which didn't in the case of Dawn's Place Ltd. We hope that in regards to those would be in a better position to win the appeal. As for the address, as anyone could fake that, this wouldn not be a big factor for them. As for the IP, one could fake that as well, not easy but doable.
