Hi Emerson,

In Office 2003 (Outlook, Word) the content/panes only refresh/resize after the "split" operation is done. While dragging the splitter, a dark grey bar is shown and this behavior is similar to the way Gerald's version works.

I noticed that this is different from the way WindowsXP (Explorer) works.
