Interestingly, with the CDX I have even worse results for this SQL than with IDX, though after first time the second select comes instanteniously. However, if I put sys(1104) between SQL calls, each of them takes almost 20 sec. With IDX it takes ~18 sec. So, with CDX I lost 2 sec. in performance.

In any case, it's too slow... There are 147234 records in the table with 0 deleted. SET DELETED is ON.
If it's not broken, fix it until it is.
