hi Sarah
recompile your program code. It seems like your printer is getting a
command to skip some lines for a form feed. Check code to see if you are
using CHR() and if so, how are you using that. if you hard set the printer,
that always works...I have done it many times. you can hard set the page length
on the printer itself... to find out, look in your printer manual.
