As a general purpose tool for such things, I'll second the recommendation for Beyond Compare. It's not VFP sentient like GKK but does have more bells and whistles than a marching band.

What I particularly like about it, since I generate and save zip files of my entire development environment as a way of making backups, is that it will treat a zip file like folder. You can throw the zip file on one side like it's a folder and then do a compare with the current PRG vs the PRG in the zip. Pretty robust compare capabilities and options, very cool folder synching capabilities, etc. Just my $0.02 as a satisified customer.
