Dale is going to show how his company's support software performs. Some of the features and functions they have written to handle their wide variety of customers. Hopefully he will be able to attach to a few customers to show the software in action. Dale will demonstrate how they wrote certain tools to get certain jobs done and will explain how their support tool has grown over the years. They are now adding to the support tool to automate other areas of the process from install to training.

- Open discussion and the other normal chatter of tips and tricks.
- Anything else people want to talk about.

Future Planned DAFUG Meetings and Speakers:
December 14, 2006 - VirtualPC vs VMWare

DAFUG meets on the third Thursday of the month (except for July). Free parking is available in farmers market parking lot.

Admission to DAFUG meetings will be granted free to anyone for 1 (one) meeting. After that you must either join the group (at the low cost of $30 a year, $15 for a half year) or you will be asked to pay $5 per meeting you attend. The $5 will grant you admission but no other rights or privileges of membership.
