I have a report that periodically produces a list of meeting participants. One field in the table is a logical variable indicating group membership. I would like to have a checked or unchecked checkbox appear on the listing of names indicating membership. However, whenever I try to add the ActiveX checkbox to the form in the form designer, it just tries to add a picture.

I'm probably misssing something fairly easy but it isn't particularly obviuos what it is.
