Hi Nishit,

VFP does not allow you to spress lines in the page footer through the report designer. Though you can open the FRX by USE YourReport.FRX, and change the NoRepeat to True for your page footer fields.

This will do it. You may then modify the report manually and save it and the value will not get changed. You need to do this once for all the fields you add to the page footer.
