>>Michel, the Time Warp function makes it possible to return to a former state. Is it possible to build a function that does this job somewhat differently?

Suppose I get certain messages now and then click F5, then the new list of messages will no longer contain the messages that were already shown. However, occasionally I want to see also those messages again. Suppose it was only 2 minutes ago, the Time Warp function's 2 minutes will not bring back the already shown messages. Rather, it will show all messages that were created in those 2 minutes. At least, that's how I interpret its functioning.

Actually you would only have to store the timestamps of the last 5 times each user logged in, wouldn't you?

I'm not sure that feature would be useful to me -- I am happy with the Time Warp feature as is -- but technically it seems pretty do-able.
