No doubt. I saw an estimate of his net worth as $400 million after he sold Fox Software to Microsoft. Which is how he can run around buying up Strads and lending them out to talented violinists.
For anyone interested in a vivid "fly on the wall" history of the company, "FoxTales: Behind the Scenes at Fox Software" by Kerry Nietz is highly recommended. You can get it from Hentzenwerke. I read the book in one evening. And with one ongoing thought -- Damn, I wish I'd been there. They sure left footprints behind for a relatively small group of people operating out of a strip mall in Toledo and subsisting on Chinese food.
