I looked at the election results quickly, yesterday. Didn't Weldon loose by a bunch? Quite a turnaround. I worked quite extensively this election on get-out-the vote campaigns. I've never felt the need to do this before.

The first campagain I worked on involved calls the the Weldon/Sestak district because polls showed the election being a very close one.

Of course within the last 2 weeks, the number of races that were identified as close kept growing. I didn't want to believe all the rove talk about "You look at your numbers, I'll look at mine...". But I didn't start getting excited until CNN had picked winners in 15 races (around 7:00pm pacific), and all dems.

>>How much do you think FBI's investigation of Weldon had to do with yesterday?

>A lot, I think. That's a pretty Republican district. It also helped that he had an opponent who was very electable (retired Admiral).
