For some time I have heard the term “Hero”, used for any member of the United States military killed in Iraq. Such distinction!

I thought that people like Audie Murphy and Neville Brand were American war heroes? What is a hero? The meaning of a word changes with time. Most recently the most conservative media shows have been using the term “Hero”, for anyone who has served in Iraq.
