I don't know about that first part. I will look at Monster but have found Dice to be a *much* better place to look for high tech jobs. Monster is more a case of "a mile wide and an inch deep." IMO, of course.

Because of this experience I am not keen on trying outsourcing again, even though it might cost as little as 40% of the cost of doing the project in the US.
