You can use the Copy button - you have to make 1 change to FireFox:
- go to about:config
- change the setting of signed.applets.codebase_principal_support to True
The Copy button will then work. The only issue is that when it does the copy it encodes the greater than and less than characters in the bold/unbold tags, so when you paste you need to manually edit them back to a bold/unbold tag pair appropriately.
