It's sad though that a foreign govt had to bring these charges. It is obvious now from articles I've read over the last couple days that the repubs not only didn't want to provide oversite of the current administration, they went out of their way to make sure they didn't have to look at anything they were doing.
There was a blurb in this mornings LA Times about things the Dems who will most likely get committee chairs have as priorities. One listed restarting an oversite sub-comittee that was disbanded a couple yrs ago by his repub predecessor.
