I'm trying to open a PDF using _shellExecute which is added to my own form class. Normal this works 100% OK (will all file types). But in passing a file name gathered from selected text from a memo field which itself is opened in a child form, I'm getting a retval value 2 (= 'bad association' error code). Any clues! Many thanks.
