Hi Bill.

Have you tried passing the "reset" parameter to your application .exe file?

Go to your application shortcut, and in the target, do something like this:

c:\yourfolder\yourapplication.exe "reset"

This will configure your data folders again.

Or you could delete the Registry keys and run the app again, it will configure your paths once more.
