Uploading would be fairly easy from VFP, using FTP (which API is part of Windows). You would have to set up a webpage (most probably restricted access with password) for them to download (or see) the data. If what you want is just to send the data, and not display it publicly, then a website is not your choice, although you mentioned it. Just upload (using FTP) and then send them an eamail with a link to the data (maybe in their local LAN?).
