Jeez! If I ever visit Bolivia I shan't be taking any bus rides to/from that city! It must be a nightmare to have someone so in charge of your life or death. Worrying also is the idea of drivers pouring beer libations on the road. What are they doing with beer on such a treacherous road!?

I thought it was bad enough in Italy, where drivers overtake you on blind hairpin bends!

PS, a good programme, that - "From our own correspondent". Radio 4 is my favourite station.
