Outlook2003Bar is already part of VFPX and I think that if VFPX team accepted this is because it will add something valuable to VFP community.
If we look on your perspective, there's another VFPX projects that will have no sense like some CTL32 (status and progress bar) controls - kudos to Carlos Alloatti - if we think that has a lot of OCX that can accomplish this.
I think that VFP community is very interested on these projects... take a look at the number of times that these controls was downloaded.
It's just my humble opinion. ;)
