Every one of my clients always wants report previews to be maximized and I suspect that everyone elses clients do also. Why would Microsoft make the default otherwise?

Is there a simple setting somewhere to do this? I don't want to create a custom form or rewrite a listener if I can help it.

Can anyone help?
