I've read most of the messages here on the thread about the problems with the MS Winsock control. I've been down that road already myself. I've tried using some 3rd party controls, but can't seem to find one that works well with VFP. I'm not sending text records (with CR/LF), I'm sending raw data that is in EBCDIC to/from a corporate mainframe. Are there any suggestions on 3rd party controls that don't have a problem with RAW data? I've tried Mabry and Catalyst's Socketwrench.
