Interesting! They had a clip on television about Casa Molina a few days ago on local television. They Interviewed the owners and talked about the food. It makes me want to go there just for that reason!

>You guys are making my mouth water!

>I spent 16 years working as an exploration geologist in the SW. My hands down favorite is Casa Molina in Tucson. One of their meat choices is carne seca which I've never seen anywhere else.

>The bus station in Cuba, NM had the best green chile I've ever had. Brought a sweat to my forehead, but very flavorful.

>I now live in Montana, great for skiing, not so great for Mexican cuisine!

>>I spent a few years living in the SouthWest. A lot of time in New Mexico, Arizona, and Colorado. The absolute BEST Mexican (well - not really Mexican since I never found anything similar in all my travels in Mexico) food was a small place in Santa Fe, NM. I never found a place as good as it anywhere. The green chili was something!

>>>>>>I am 40 years old, but still when making a burrito I almost always put too much filling in it. I get too enthused about all of the yummy ingredients that I end of with this overstuff pillow like thing that breaks apart when I eat it. Then just long enough time passes before I have them again that I forget this lesson. I guess it is sort of like making a pizza, it hard to show restraint, but if you do it turns out so good.

>>>>>Make it when you're not really hungry or when the craving for it isn't real strong.

>>>>But I am always hungry. :-)

>>>So am I.
>>>My food weakness is sushi and sashimi. There are a lot of sushi buffets in S. Cal and I always seem to eat too much when I go. Sashimi and a cold glass of Miller. Man, that's good. But I don't like the Japanese resaurants too much becuase they're too trendy for me. I go to Korean sashimi restaurants. There's one in Korea-Town in LA called Pusan Restaurant, on the corner if Beverly and Western. Just a hole in the wall, but man are they good.

>>>When I lived in Texas, I loved Tex-Mex food. When the craving hits me, then I know it's time to visit Texas.
