I guess he just got real windy at having all this dosh in the bank, and got paranoid that Uncle Sam would pounce on him the moment he tried to access it. Some people just can't live with their own "dishonesty"
Must admit,
I would have lost sleep over it ... about 15 minutes! ha ha
