Thank you all for your replies, it's late but I wanted to say thank you.
It done with VS 2005 base on IIS in test phase. The http://dotnetnuke.adefwebserver.com/ was very good source but it needs some tricks to run C# code to develop modules because the base of DotNetNuke portal is VB which I found the solution in www.headvert.com
