How can I make a DBF with long field names (part of s DBC)?

It is easy to make a normal DBF using the Create command.

Create xxfile from temp101
(temp101 is a DBF with the STRU Extended format)


However, that does not work if you want it to be part of a DBC (and long field names).



Any suggestions?
