I agree that for creationists, it's a moral issue, but I disagree about Darwinians. Humanity has been around now for a long time, and homosexuality doesn't seem to be going away. The only thing that's kept it marginalized is the attitude perpetuated by religious concepts. Apparently too, humans are not the only creatures that contain an element of homosexuality (monkeys and dolphins for example - and both of those species been around a long time too).
