True. Last time I had canuck "back" bacon it came as a joint that had to be sliced at home. Otherwise there were but rashers of streaky. Over here we can get bacon that's billed as Canadian, as it's maple syrup glazed in the prep, but I'm notr sure you guys can get the full range that we can
