Tell me about it! I've had a LIFETIME of having to spell my name to people - in a shop, office, over the phone - who all, almost invariably, have me down as a hamburger wallah (rather than an aircraft builder), before I get a chance to, then have to cross out and edit, sometimes several drafts.
