In addition to Cetin's reply I think I published code for grdSorting class here on the forum which allows sorting by any column. It also uses a textbox class based on InGrid class (check Downloads section here) that allows to type info in the column and it will jump to this column (for character fields only). It will take me some time to make it as a nice standalone class, though...
